This verse may be in every kitchen in America! Many know this verse. At least the “broke bread & ate together” part. I’m betting you’re like me-I sometimes read only part of a verse & miss the beauty of the entire verse. Look at the end of this verse-it tells us HOW they broke bread & ate. They were together “WITH GLAD & SINCERE HEARTS”. They were living in kindness & humility toward one another thereby saturating their mealtime with God-given love!
